KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Interstate 70 westbound is shut down past 18th Street Saturday morning due to a jackknifed semi truck
KCPD says the semi was jackknifed around 4:15 a.m., stranding a motorist.
There is no word on what led to the incident.
Emergency crews cleared the scene and the interstate reopened hours later.
