KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Jackson County Executive Frank White Jr. announced Wednesday that he signed a proclamation designating Feb. 5, 2020, as "Kansas City Chiefs Day."
The proclamation was made to celebrate the Chiefs' Super Bowl LIV victory and coincides with the Chiefs Kingdom Champions Parade.
“This is a historic achievement that deserves to be recognized and celebrated for years to come,” White said in a news release.
White will make the official announcement at the victory rally that will follow the celebratory parade.
