KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Shawnee branch of the Johnson County Library has closed due to the discovery of bed bugs.
This is the branch located at 13811 Johnson Drive.
In a statement, the library advised that one who has materials from the library to keep them sealed in a plastic bag.
Anyone looking for an alternative location to visit can go to jocolibrary.org.
Officials did not announce when it would re-open.
