KANSAS CITY, Mo. — As students prepare for a different type of school year amid the coronavirus pandemic, some in Kansas City are trying to bring fun back into academics.
Scruggs Law Firm and Aristokrat Photography hosted a back to school festival on Sunday in Riverside.
The event featured free school supplies, haircuts and games that children could take home.
Five laptops also were given away.
