KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Kansas firefighters responded to a structure fire just before 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
When crews arrived on 8209 Tauromee Avenue they found fire showing on the outside of the house.
The fire then spread to the house's garage.
Firefighters were able to contain it.
The family of six living inside the home were safely evacuated.
