KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City police have located a woman they said was missing and endangered.
Police said she is safe now.

Bertha Celestine, 71, was last seen at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the 3300 block of Wabash Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri.
She is 5’3” tall, 90 pounds with black hair and black eyes. Police said they don’t know what clothes she was last seen wearing.
