Achieving pay equality in women's sports has been an ongoing battle, but the Kansas City Titans are tackling discrimination on the gridiron.
This all-female team is the only professional women's football team in the metro, and some of the players have even played football at the Olympic level. However, everyone on this team pays to play.
"People have this misconception that women only play naked or because we are women it's somehow easier, but it's not," said KC Titans player Krishna Lee.
