KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Those who bet against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl have some cashing in to do.

On Tuesday, the Kansas Speedway said that it had received its winnings from the game, which the Chiefs won over the San Francisco 49ers 31-20 on Sunday night.

The Sonoma Raceway in California had bet the Kansas Speedway that if the Chiefs won, it would send over a package of Boudin bread products, including a Chiefs logo made out of sourdough bread.

Several politicians — including Kansas City, Missouri, Mayor Quinton Lucas and U.S. Reps. Emanuel Cleaver and Sharice Davids — also made bets with their California counterparts on the Super Bowl outcome.
