KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Natalie Lee is celebrating a major victory. She lost 100 pounds in two years.

Lee is a member of the Big Changes program at Southwest Boulevard Family Health Fitness Center. It's designed for people who need to lose at least 100 pounds.

She learned how to exercise, eat healthy foods, and found the support she needed to be successful.

"I feel like amazing," said Lee. "It's like a weight is lifted off my shoulders."

Lee said she decided to lose the weight when a doctor told her she was pre-diabetic and had high blood pressure.

"I have two children, and I wanted to do what I can to make sure I'm here to see them grow up and have their own families," Lee explained.

The Big Changes program has a special offer for people who decide to enroll.

"We ask for a six-month commitment, and you pay $20 a month," explained Priscilla Allen, Big Changes Fitness Instructor.

"At the end of the six months, clients get all of their money back so they can go out and buy new, smaller clothes which they will need because they've lost weight," Allen said.

Lee admitted that it wasn't easy to lose weight, and she often thought about giving up but said she never did and never will.

"You have days when you don't do the right thing, but you just let that go and decide it's a new day and you have another chance to make the right choices," Lee concluded.

She is still in the Big Changes program and plans to continue exercising and eating healthy. You can call the Big Changes program at 913-384-2988.
