KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Kansas police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 74-year-old man.
John Hoytal was last seen in the 600 block of Tenny Avenue on Aug. 10, 2018. He may be showing early signs of dementia, according to KCKPD.
Hoytal is 6’ tall, weighs 190 pounds, has gray/white hair and brown eyes.
