KCKPD say missing man has been reunited with family

UPDATE: Kansas City, Kansas police say Jeffrey Magenheimer was located and reunited with his family late Thursday night.

PREVIOUS: Kansas City, Kansas, police are looking for a missing man they say is experiencing a mental crisis.

JeffrEy Carl Magenheimer, 53, was last seen on Jan. 7 after his release from the University of Kansas Medical Center. He was seen around 8 p.m. walking south on Rainbow Boulevard from the intersection of West 39th Street.

Magenheimer is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 160 pounds with light gray hair and hazel eyes.

He was wearing a black hoodie, black sweat pants, black boots, a gray puffy coat and a black Cabela's stocking cap when he was last seen.

KCKPD said Magenheimer is experiencing a mental crisis and they are concerned for his well-being. He has no personal belongings or a cell phone with him.
