ORIGINAL STORY | Kansas City police are asking for help to find a missing woman.
Phanon Gilbert, 61, has not been in contact with her family since April 28.
She suffers from dementia.
Phanon is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 112 pounds.
Police said Phanon drives a 2017 black Ford Fusion.
