KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri, police have located surveillance footage connected to a shooting that occurred last week in the West Bottoms.
Two shooting victims arrived at Truman Medical Center Friday night and told police that they heard shots near 1300 West 12th street – the location of The Beast and Edge of Hell haunted houses – and later realized they had been struck.
The footage, according to police, indicates that two shots were fired around West 11th and Hickory streets.
The Beast and Edge of Hell said in a statement on Saturday that "a few incidents reported of people cutting in line that resulted in disturbances."
Police are attempting to re-contact the shooting victims for more information.
