UPDATE, July 17 | Police have identified the victim as 18 year-old Robin Strother.
EARLIER | Kansas City, Missouri, police are investigating the city's latest homicide after a man's body was found Friday.
An officer on patrol discovered the body around 2 p.m. on Blue River Road under Bannister Road.
The officer stopped and found the man unresponsive, according to a police department spokesperson.
Investigators found evidence of foul play.
The cause of death is unknown at this time.
