UPDATE, Feb. 18 | The victim was identified as 30-year-old Johnny Sanders.
ORIGINAL STORY, Feb. 17 | The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department is investigating a homicide at 114th Street and Sycamore Terrace.
Just after midnight, officers were called to the area on a reported shooting.
When they arrived, they found a man inside a vehicle with gunshot wounds.
Paramedics responded to the scene but were unable to save him.
There is no suspect information at this time.
