UPDATE: November 16, 9:00 a.m.: Police said Terrell J. Williams has been found and is safe. He returned home this morning.
Kansas City, Missouri, police were asking for the public's help to locate a missing 23-year-old man.
Terrell J. Williams was last seen near the 2000 block of East 24th Terrace, which is a few blocks away from Lincoln College Prep Middle School.
According to the KCPD, Williams is 5' 10", weighs roughly 240 pounds and has a mole on his left cheek near his beard. He was last seen wearing gray pants and white shoes, but no shirt.
Police said Williams needs medication for an unspecified condition.
