UPDATE, 1:45 p.m. | KCMO police say the 13-year-old has been located and is safe.
EARLIER | The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department is searching for a missing, endangered 13-year-old.
The boy was last seen Friday evening at about 5 p.m. near 1240 East Meyer Boulevard, the Landing Mall.
He is 5'7" tall and weighs 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Police say he was last seen wearing his blue Kauffman Academy sweater, black shorts and purple Nike shoes.
