ORIGINAL STORY | Kansas City, Missouri, police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing and endangered man.
Richard Holmes was last seen around 4:22 p.m. on Saturday in the area of East 102nd Street and Beacon Avenue.
Holmes is 5'8" and weighs 165 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes.
