KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Attorneys went before a judge in Jackson County Court for Kylr Yust's trial.
The 28-year-old faces charges for his role in burning JessicaRunions's car.
The attorneys asked for a continuance, and the judge granted it.
Runions, 21, who witnesses say was last seen leaving a party with Yust, went missing a little over a year ago.
