KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly will hold a state of the state address Tuesday night.
The address will be held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kelly has held near weekly press briefings throughout the pandemic to address the state’s response to the virus.
