NORTH KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A Kansas City, Missouri man has been charged in the death of a 19-year-old man in North Kansas City.
21-year-old Cole Walker Huff is charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action. He's currently being held in the Clay County Jail on a $1 million bond.
The victim has been identified as 19-year-old Zachary T. Murphy of Gladstone, Missouri.
After responding to a report of shots fired, police discovered a man dead outside an apartment building shortly before 3 a.m. on Oct. 23 in the 2300 block of Oliver Drive.
