KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man is charged with murder for allegedly shooting and killing a woman as she drove an ATV.
Glenn Rucker, 38, of Kansas City, Missouri, is charged in Jackson County Court with second degree murder and armed criminal action.
Police found Sharon Heifner-Douglas, 41, about 7:40 p.m. July 1 at East Bannister Road and Bennington Avenue.
She died at the scene.
No word on what led to the shooting.
Rucker's bond is set at $150,000, cash-only.
