KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man was found shot to death on East 17th Terrace early Sunday morning, according to Kansas City, Missouri, police.
Just before 3 a.m., officers were called to the 6200 block of East 17th Terrace on a shooting.
Upon arrival, they found a man, later identified as 40-year-old Saul Flores-Norzagaray, at the scene.
Police say there is no suspect information at this time.
