A new restaurant combines two Kansas City favorites in one place.
Night & Day Gourmet will combine eggtc. and Minsky’s in one place. According to the restaurant’s website, it will combine the best of both eateries’ early morning, lunch and nighttime menus. The restaurant will have both indoor and outdoor seating.

Night & Day Gourmet will be located at the Plaza Tennis Center on the Country Club Plaza. The operation doesn’t have definite hours listed yet on its website, and it will open Tuesday, Sept. 22.
