KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper is uninjured after their vehicle was struck in a hit-and-run incident.
The crash happened shortly before 11:30 p.m. Wednesday on northbound Interstate 35.
A trooper was pulled over to help a motorist in Harrison County near Ridgeway when a tractor-trailer struck the trooper's vehicle.

The tractor-trailer left the scene without stopping, according to MSHP.
