KANSAS CITY, Mo. — NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt is making a stop in Kansas City next week as part of his across America tour.
Holt told 41 Action News anchor Christ Dubill that he plans to cover economic division in Kansas City, specifically the changes on the east and west side of Troost Avenue.
He also said he's a big jazz fan and looking forward to doing a story on a man called the "horn doctor," who is known for being able to fix any horn instrument.
Holt will broadcast live from Kansas City at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 11.
