KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Blue Springs Planning Commission approved a proposal to bring new homes to the city.
The developer wants to build nearly 200 single-family homes west of Adams Dairy Parkway and north of Wyatt Road.
They said the ideal owners would be millennials and small families.
Some neighbors said they are concerned that the city is growing too quickly, and that development could lead to lower property values.
The proposal will move to the city council for approval.
