KANSAS CITY, Mo. — No injuries were reported in a Prairie Village house fire overnight.
A police officer noticed the fire, and called emergency crews to the 7600 block of Windsor just before 2:30 a.m.
Smoke and fire were showing from the one story house on arrival.
The battalion chief says the home is a rental, and the residents moved in about a day ago.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
