NORTH KANSAS CITY, Mo. — It's a North Kansas City home kids and adults cannot get enough of.

There are skeletons and clowns, cobwebs and spooky lights. On Halloween, there are lines of trick-or-treaters just waiting to walk through the yard and up the steps of Diana Hart's home.

"I love Halloween," she said laughing.

For thirty years, Hart has been decorating her home. Each year, increasing the number of decorations outside.

"You would think it would scare the little kids, but it doesn't," said Roberta Kiloh.

But this Halloween is special.

Hart didn't think she would be able to decorate her lawn because she's been battling cancer.

"She wasn't going to do it again so she started giving stuff to her grandchildren but she knew... I knew she would do it again," said her neighbor Laurette Larson.

Although Hart scaled down some of her creations, she said she is planning on doing it again next year. After all, she's known in the neighborhood for it.

"Oh yeah, it grows almost every year. We do something different every year," she said.
