Oak Park High School students were evacuated after a reported threat on Monday morning.
A threat was made to the school over the phone just after 9 a.m. on Monday, according to school administrators. The school then went on lockdown.
Later, students and staff were evacuated to Staley High School.
Once all the students were evacuated, KCPD's Bomb and Arson squad went room by room looking for any explosives or weapons. They didn't find any.
On Monday afternoon, law enforcement agencies finished searching the high school. The Clay County Sheriff's Office said nothing suspicious was found, and all roads that were closed were reopened.

Multiple law enforcement agencies investigated the reported threat, including the Clay County Sheriff's Office, the Kansas City Bomb and Arson squad, and K-9 units that did a sweep of the parking lot.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office said the large police response was because law enforcement couldn't isolate the source of the threat.
Clay County deputies said no weapons were found and everyone is safe. No one is in custody, and some students were questioned, according to the sheriff's office.
Oak Park High School junior Sam Boyce told 41 Action News that he was one of the students questioned by police.
"I was sitting in biology just doing the review for our upcoming test," he explained. "Then, the police came into the room. I was like 'Oh boy'. Then they said my name and I was like, 'Oh no'."
Boyce said police handcuffed him and took him away to be questioned.
For around 20 minutes, he said that the officers asked about his history at the school and ownership of any weapons.
"They asked if I had been bullied, which was a definite 'No'," Boyce explained. "They asked if I had any firearms or have any firearms at the home, which was both 'No.'"
Police told Boyce's class that around nine o'clock on Monday morning, an anonymous caller reported that a student named Sam on the second floor of the school in a science lab at the time brought a gun.
As a result of the detailed description by the caller, Boyce believed he was targeted.
"It could have been someone targeting me," he said. "I don't know. I hope that we can just get this all taken care of."
Boyce was later released by police.
His mother told 41 Action News that the Oak Park principal told her Boyce was one of five students named Sam who was questioned by police.
Authorities evacuated students classroom by classroom. Parents were able to pick up students at Staley High School and had to present photo ID.
Students were led out of the high school with their hands on their heads. The sheriff's office said that is standard procedure after a credible threat is made.
The sheriff's office is still looking for the person who called in the threat. If you have any information you're asked to call the Crimestoppers TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
Oak Park High School's total enrollment is 1,413 students, according to U.S. News and World Report.
