Students at Oak Park High School, Clardy Elementary and Gashland Elementary have been raising money all November for the opportunity to shave a teacher’s beard.
Those who raised money for the Clay County Shop with a Sheriff program were entered in a raffle for the chance to shave a teacher and a Clay County deputy.
Only 10 students were picked to shave some crazy designs on staff members – they haven’t shaved all month long.
With the money raised, more deputies will be able to take underprivileged kids shopping to buy holiday gifts for their family members.
