KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Two people were shot, one fatally, on Saturday in northern Kansas City, Missouri.
KCPD confirmed that one person was killed in the 2300 block of Northeast Scandia Dr. around 10:30 p.m.
A second gunshot victim was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
