KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One person is suffering life-threatening injuries after a shooting overnight.
Police responded to the call of shots fired around 12:30 am at 30th and Walrond. Officers were a few blocks away and they located a person with life-threatening gunshot wounds. EMS transported the victim to the hospital.
Police say a subject of interest was detained at the scene. Anyone with information on this shooting is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
