One person is in critical condition after a shooting at 59th and Paseo Sunday evening.
Police were called to the area around 8:30 p.m. When they arrived, they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. That person was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
Witnesses say there was a disturbance between two groups of people before the incident.
Both groups left the scene in separate vehicles shooting at each other.
Police say they believe the victim was involved in the disturbance.
An investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
