KANSAS CITY, Kan. — One person was killed Saturday in a car crash near 18th Street and Steele Road in Kansas City, Kansas.
Police said white male was driving a white vehicle southbound on 18th Street when it attempted to change lanes and struck another vehicle, losing control and overturning in a ditch.
The driver the white vehicle was transported to the hospital, where he died from injuries sustained in the wreck.
The driver of the other vehicle was uninjured.
