SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — For a journey that explores both land and sea, visit the Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium in Springfield, Missouri.

Located 165 miles from Kansas City, this trip took our One Tank Trips crew 2 hours and 40 minutes.

The price of admission for adults starts at $39.95.

Kids, ages four to 11 are $19.95 and children ages three and under are free.

Admission allows you to enter both the wildlife galleries and the aquarium adventure.

In the wildlife galleries, you can explore different habitats in 4D, which means each room is filled with different animals, smells and the temperature is adjusted to feel similar to how it would feel in real life.

They also offer a Penguin Encounter for ages four and up for $35 dollars.

You can learn all about their Gentoo penguins while being up close and personal, and get a chance to watch them eat.

The aquarium also offers all kinds of sea creatures.

Wonders of Wildlife has more than one-and-a-half miles of immersive exhibits so you could easily spend all day at the museum.

CEO of Bass Pro Shops, Johnny Morris, founded Wonders of Wildlife, turning his passion for conservation and nature into an experience the entire family can enjoy.

Our 41 Action News One Tank Trip Crew participated in the Out to Sea Shark Dive Experience.

You are submerged in a cage with tiger sharks, brown sharks, barracudas and Atlantic Goliath groupers.

You can participate for just $45 dollars and children as young as 10 can join in on the fun with a parent or guardian.
