YaYa's Alpaca Farm opened five years ago and is home to over 40 alpacas.
They offer tours that last an hour-and-a-half.
You begin the tour by gathering inside with a few of the alpacas and learning all about the animals. You also learn how the farm operates and what they do with the fiber that comes from the alpacas.
After the learning portion of the tour, you then get to feed and interact with the alpacas outside.
The last part of the tour allows you to not only learn about how the fiber is made into the fabric but there's also the chance to make some fabric of your own.
YaYa's Alpaca Farm is currently hosting their winter tours, which are at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. by appointment and cost $8 per person.
