UPDATE, 12:45 p.m. | Overland Park police say Robert Wooten has been located and officers are reuniting him with his family.

Police say 83-year old Robert Wooten of Overland Park was last seen by his caregivers around 4 a.m. on Sunday in the area of W. 99th St. and Connell Dr. Wooten suffers from Alzheimer's and diabetes and police say his safety may be at risk.
Wooten is described as being 5'5" tall, weighs about 120 pounds, with grey hair and a grey beard. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black shoes, and a blue striped plaid style shirt.
