KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The first IcelandAir flight from Iceland to Kansas City International Airport took off late Friday morning Kansas City time, and one passenger live tweeted several updates during the flight.
Kansas resident Daniel Palen has been tweeting updates on the more than six-hour flight. It took off around 6 p.m. Friday night in Iceland and was scheduled to land at 8 p.m. Friday night in Kansas City.
