A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on Highway 71 Friday night.
Police were called to SB 71 Highway near 55th Street just after 10 p.m.
Police say the initial investigation indicates a pedestrian was walking across the highway when they were hit by a vehicle.
The motorists remained on scene and were cooperating with police.
No other details have yet been released.
