KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Sugar Creek, Missouri, police said a suspect is in custody in connection with a shooting on Sunday night.
Police were called to the 11500 block of East Lexington Avenue around 10:15 p.m.
They said they found a victim with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to a hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
A suspect is in custody, according to police.
