UPDATE: The standoff began about 9 p.m., but the man was taken into custody at midnight.
ORIGINAL STORY:
Kansas City police are in a standoff with a suspect near 24th and Quincy in Kansas City, Missouri.
Police said an armed suspect wanted for an aggravated domestic violence assault is inside a residence.
Another person is also inside the home.
