UPDATE: A male and a female exited the residence safely with a 5-year-old and a 1-year-old. Detectives are investigating.
At approximately 9:31 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to the residence on the 1600 block of Elmwood on a disturbance involving a person making threats. Officers are on the scene and say that a 5-year-old is inside the residence with the subject. A negotiator is also responding.
