KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Ray County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help locating a 15-year-old girl.
Meredith Rose Segar was last seen around midnight Sunday near BB Highway and 112th Street.
Deputies report she is mentally disabled and responds to a fourth-grade level.
Anyone with information about Meredith’s whereabouts is urged to call 911.
