KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Shatto Milk Company plans to release a limited-edition "Champs" bottle later this week, the Osborn, Missouri, company announced Monday.
The bottle's label features the word "Champs" in gold letters and a red confetti overlay to celebrate the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl LIV win.
Chocolate cherry-flavored milk will fill the bottle, Shatto said.
The special edition will be available in all stores that sell Shatto Milk beginning Thursday and Friday.
Those who want to get a bottle a little earlier can find it on Wednesday at Shatto's farm store located at 9406 N. Highway 33 in Osborn.
Customers who have Shatto delivered to their home can pre-order the Champs milk. It will be delivered on Feb. 20, 21, 25 or 26, Shatto said.
The milk will be available while supplies last, Shatto said. The company plans to make a total of 18,000 bottles.
Before the Super Bowl, Shatto created another limited-edition milk to celebrate the team's championship appearance. The brightly colored red velvet milk filled a clear bottle, which also featured gold lettering.
Shatto's customers wanted more to celebrate their Chiefs, Barbara Shatto said.
"Our customers were very outspoken about their desire for a fun bottle and flavor to commemorate the big win and continue the celebration for our community," Shatto said.
