KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol canceled an Endangered Silver Alert issued Friday on behalf of the Independence Police Department for a missing elderly woman.
Carolyn Sue Wise, 77, had last been seen about 2 p.m. on Friday. She was located and was safe shortly after midnight.
