KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Iowa man,who went missing after stopping to visit family in Lawrence before leaving for Arizona was found dead Sunday.
James L. Larson, 90, was last seen Nov. 13 after a visit with family.
When he failed to arrive in Arizona, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Lawrence Police Department.
Authorities in Arizona found Larson on Sunday just north of Yuma. He had died and an investigation is underway to determine the circumstances of his death.
