KANSAS CITY, Mo. — After all-night celebrations following the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory, many fans may be in need of a caffeine fix on Monday.

Beginning at 5 p.m., all Roasterie stores in the Kansas City metro will be selling the limited-edition “KC Victory Blend,” a light roast coffee with notes of citrus.

“We’re calling it the taste of victory,” said Lynne Pierce, director of marketing for the Roasterie.

A blend of the company’s Ethiopia, Guatemala and Colombia blends, the KC Victory Blend also is available to order online for $15.

“We just wanted to celebrate the best way we know how, and that’s with a new blend of coffee,” Pierce told 41 Action News on Monday morning. “This is a great moment for Kansas City, seeing how different schools, local businesses, restaurants are celebrating, and we want to be a part of that with our KC Victory Blend.”

The Kansas City-based company also released a limited-edition “KC Kingdom Blend” after the Chiefs clinched the AFC Championship.
