KANSAS CITY, Mo. — After closing its doors last month, Tiffany & Co. said Tuesday that it plans to reopen its location on the Country Club Plaza.
"After a brief hiatus, Tiffany & Co. is happy to reopen its Country Club Plaza store in Kansas City," the company said in an emailed statement to 41 Action News.
The company plans to reopen the location in early March.
"(W)e thank our clients for their loyal support," the statement read. The company did not offer additional details on what led to the decision to reopen.
In early January, the company said it would be permanently closing its location on the Plaza. The store closed on Jan. 16.
At the time, Tiffany & Co. said its Kansas City customers could continue shopping online and at its St. Louis location.
The brand sells luxury jewelry and other accessories.
