Police are investigating a parental kidnapping at KVC in Olathe on Friday.
According to police, a man and woman left a supervised visit around 11:20 a.m., taking their two small children with them. The couple does not have custody of the children.
Officers were called to the scene and began searching for the suspect’s vehicle. After finding the car, the two suspects were taken into custody.
The children were not harmed during the incident, and were returned to KVC.
